I simply reset the alarm for 4:30. This will still allow me plenty of time to do it all. Ride on Trainer 45minutes, Feed and relieve the dogs - 15min to 20min, jog walk thunderously - 20 min, and shower - 15min. Thus being out of the bathroom before 6AM before Susan get's up needing the bathroom. Continue reading
