The tranquility of the sea is very zen and allows one to mellow out. The sound of waves crashing up against rocks and seagulls in the air. To feel the warm breeze on your skin while you stare off over the water. The sea gives us tranquility, clarity, and focus.

The serenity of the forest is so calming and quiet. The tall trees and the green canopy's that imminate light from the sun. The silence of the forest with the sound of various birds and other small animals. The natural elements of the forest from the tops of the trees to the forest floor.

Simple moments in life consist of the little things that we do or experience. Sticking your hand out a car window to feel the wind sway your hand in various ways. To sit on a park bench and feel the cool breeze brush across your skin. The anticipation of raking up leaves in a pile, only to mess it up all over again. I live for these types of moments. It makes me feel at ease and absolutly love every moment of it.
