PRAYER REQUEST: This is my grandma. My mom's mom. My entire life she has been like a mother to me, and I can honestly say that I don't know what type of person I'd be if she hadn't of been in my life. A few years ago she was diagnosed with renal failure. It frightens us all because we love her so much and want her to see her great-grandchildren and stuff like that. I'm the oldest grandchild and that's kinda on me. This picture was taken at my wedding on August 2nd. :) So we're one step closer. The doctors finally found a match for her to have a kidney transplant. My aunt Julie is giving a kidney to my grandma. The transplat is scheduled for September 7th. I was upset because I was going to have to miss it because I'm now living in California since my husband is stationed here. But yesterday I got a surprise. My aunt called me and said that she would pay for a roundtrip ticket for me to be there for my grandma. I wasn't sure what to do at first because I'm going to miss my new husband, but he convinced me to go. Then when he realized I'd be gone for a week, he looked so sad, but I'd already booked it. Anyway, I'd like for you all to keep her in your prayers for awhile. It's nearly here and she's really nervous. Thank you all so much! Love you!
