Thats a tough one, but honesty is always the best policy- but you don't want to embarrass her so you should email her and let her know you were disappointed- give her an opportunity to make it up to you. To blog it- just use a photo of what you sent and a photo of what she gave you. You wont have to explain it- a picture will say it all!
