1. My number one goal is improving my nutrition and therefore hopefully my health, getting back my energy. Also: 2. Run a 9 min mile. 3. Front squat 120 pounds (this would be a 15 lb increase from my best 1-rep about a year ago). 3a. Squat without a coach saying: Lift your chest up, Christie! :) 4. Do a strict pull-up.
