Cheryl K.
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Phoenix, AZ. are the two places I call home. Born in the great state of Texas, then raised in the Air Force; I spent my first 14 years traveling to fun places like Italy, Maryland and Okinawa.
I've helped thousands of wonderful people over the last 15+ years reach Higher Levels of Health and Reversed countless Nutrition Related Medical Maladies through teaching them "exactly how" to apply easy, yet critical, Nutrition strategies into their lives.
Interests: I enjoy reading, writing, research, and on-going education. Family
time, gardening, and exercise bring me great joy and stress relief.
I also love cats, dogs, and birds. (stress relievers too) Like most
women I enjoy shopping, decorating, and redecorating the house.

The sugar could be a culprit if you primarily consume more of your sugar later in the day or after dinner. Sugar is a known pro-inflammatory food. Along with any standard flours; which will contain gluten.
I would suggest you write down and track your Exact Sugar Grams Day to Day, for a Week. A Rule of Thumb to go by: Stay Below 30 grams of sugar a day. Under 20 grams, is often looked at as a number for speedy weight loss; can be tough though.
Checking out your food labels for total grams of sugar; will seriously raise your awareness of total sugar intake.
