Happy Monday everybody! I'm kicking of this week by intermittent fasting this morning. My weekend was off the charts and replete with fun and carbs so I'm back on the wagon today.

What is one thing in life your friends said you could/would never do, but you did it anyway?
Since I miss my Starbucks coffee I started getting creative with Nestcafe..,, Just cold water.. Couple of spoons of nestcafe.. shake shake shake! You can add some Ice..if You like.. It worked for me Continue reading

That's How I started dropping some of my weight.after Crossfit I baught the book Mastering the Zone.. I mixed the zone and Paleo. to make it easyer for me to wine off the carbs.. it worked <3 Love the blogs!! Thanks for the recipe and Ideas. MC
Ps: I never finished the Book.. since I Started drinking the coolaid :) I'm sure if I read it now I would have a better understanding...
