I personally have had a lot of issues with Delivery Agent. Like many others I know in the Deadhead world CD's arriving in pristine shape is paramount. Limited Edition Dave's Picks have arrived crushed, with knife slices along the spines. This is pathetic! Also had to have my Gov't Mule sent out three time is a row! They kept packing it in an envelope, always arrived crushed. Finally I went to Best Buy to get it. I'm not surprised they are having issues. I hope they focus on US the customers, and see we get what we pay for arriving in great shape.
