I couldn't agree more. An innovative agenda has to address a fundamental organizational re-design and include "why" and "why" again do we do it this way?
Encouraging fresh, new and fast ideas can inspire us to break away from old patterns and catalyze us into a creative time in our country.
I hope Chris sees that the innovation agenda in government has to go beyond data, transparency and technology. Great tools to develop and use, but don't answer bigger questions and the need for core organizational change, capacity building and effectiveness.
