Hi Stampers, Every once in a while I get a swap card that I love so much I have to use it for my class. This was a card I received from Beth Rush in a private swap that I host. I changed the card up a tiny bit but you can see it on her blog also and she even has a video! When I did the heart in the center of the card, I used a blending brush which is basically a make-up brush that I purchased at the Dollar tree. I will post a picture of the... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! I am here to share a few of the Fall cards I have designed for my classes this year! I just love the beautiful colors of Fall. Today we spent the day driving from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania and while the colors aren’t anywhere near their peak, there is definitely some beauty as the trees begin to change! This is one of my favorite cards for class. The little animals in the Special Someone Stamp set are so flipping cute and when you do the two step stamping to color them in they just come alive! One of the... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! I have finally made it to Day 30 of the Card Making Challenge!!! The theme for Day 30 is “Satisfaction Guaranteed”. I decided to share a graduation card, mainly because I really needed to make some graduation cards, and also because I feel so bad for all of the Seniors this year and the challenges they have had to face. They have missed out on a lot of fun times that happen in your last year of High School so I think it is great to celebrate our 2020 Senior Graduates! For my card I decided to pull... Hi Stampers! It is Day 29 of the Card Making Challenge! The theme for today is Wallpaper Warriors so I designed a card that featured the beauty of our Stampin’Up! Designer Series Paper (DSP). This is the new Ornate Garden Specialty DSP that is in the new catalog and it is absolutely beautiful. One side features beautiful florals and in glorious mixture of colors and the backside of this DSP is gold foils and they are so luxurious. Hello My Stamping Friends! Today I will share my card for Day 28 of the Challenge. The theme was Hey Girl Hey, so I made a girly card! This card combines some new products and some old. The word dies and Crown Stamp are retiring, but the Filigree frame and DSP are new! I have to say the new Magenta Madness is a beautiful color and I am pretty sure the new 6 x 6 DSP pack is going to be one of my favorites in the new catalog! Here’s what I used to make this card: Wish for It... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today I am going to share my card for Day 27 of the Challenge. The theme was “be the difference”, so I created a card that would be encouraging to it’s recipient! What is really exciting is that I got to use a bunch of new products on this card. Here’s what I used to make this card: Field of Flowers Stamp Set Confetti Flowers Border Punch Greenery Embossing Folders Call Me Clover, Melon Mambo and Calypso Coral Ink Magenta Madness, Call me Clover, Calypso Coral and White CS Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today I am sharing a card that uses a color challenge. We had to create a card using Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry and Whisper White. I love these colors today and my first thought was something in nature. I decided to go with the Mountain Air Stamp set and create a nice masculine card. While I think these colors are fabulous together, I am also inspired to recreate this card with some other color groupings! Here’s what I used to create this card: Mountain Air and Best Catch Stamp Sets dies from Lakeside Framelits (Lilypad Lake), and Catch... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today I am going to share my card for Day 25 of the Challenge. The theme is “You’ve got a Friend in Me”. This is a quick and simple card but it has a meaningful message for you friends, and is so appropriate for the times we are going thru. In case you missed it - this week Stampin’Up! came out with a fabulous PDF Download called Share the Sunshine! It is a digital stamp set which you can purchase and download and it has 15 pages of words and images that you can use on cards that... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! I had to take a little bit of time off from the card challenge to help my daughter move out of her apartment and into her new condo. Now I am happy to have that behind me and get back to stamping! Today I will share a Birthday card for the challenge. This card features the Wish for it All stamp set, which is one of my favorites in our catalog. Sadly this set will only be available until June 2, so don’t miss out if this is one that you want! Here’s what I used to make... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today the theme for the card challenge is “Family Matters”. I can’t think of a more appropriate theme with what we are currently going thru. This months Paper Pumpkin kit was called My Wonderful Family and the stamp set with the kit is really awesome. I used all of the family words together on one stamp to make a background with a Versamark Pad. This would be a great card for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day, or even a family expecting a new baby. Here’s what I used to make this card: My Wonderful Family Paper Pumpkin April... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today the theme for the Card Challenge is “Animal Park”. We have a nice variety of stamp sets with animals so it was hard to choose which I would use, but I decided to go with a favorite I designed a while ago that uses the Nine Lives Stamp set. If you love cats, this is a really fun stamp set because it has a couple of different designs to use on the cat, and your color options are endless. The best part of all is there is a matching punch so you don’t have to fussy cut... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today for the Challenge I had to design a card that was a trip Down Memory Lane. I decided to go with something that reminded me of childhood and I made a card with the Silhouette Scenes Stamps and the coordinating Sweet Silhouette Dies. This is a simple card but the die cut tree makes a nice Wow to the card. With this stamp set I find it is really important to use the Stamparatus to get a nice dark image on the silhouette stamp. I reinked it 3 times and the Stamparatus lined everything up perfectly to... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! I am still busy making cards and this has been quite an adventure! The theme for Day 19 is “Seek Adventure”, so I designed a card using the Sea of Textures Stamp set. This stamp set has some great images and dies that go with it and it is really fun to work with. I paired it up with the Lily Impressions DSP that we received in Sale-a-Bration 2020. I have to admit, I wasn’t crazy about this pack of DSP but it did make a good backdrop for the octopus! Here’s what I used to make this... Continue reading

Hi Stampers! Today I will share my card for Day 18 of the Challenge. Our theme was Fabulous Florals - and this is one I was excited about. While I’ve made a new card for everyday of the Challenge, this was one of the last cards I did at a class back in February before we were told we needed to “Stay at Home”! I used the beautiful Forever Blossoms Bundle Stamp set and the Parisian Blossoms DSP from the Current Mini Catalog. Here’s what I used to make the card: Forever Blossoms stamp set Cherry Blossoms Dies (2020 Mini... Continue reading

Hi Stampers, I am here today to share my card for Day 17 of the Challenge. I had to create a card using Black, White and Grey Cardstock. I used one of my favorite stamps - the trees from the Winter Woods Stamp set. I love the definition in these trees and I think it is amazing how Stampin’Up! can have so much definition in a stamp. To make the moon and grey background - I punched a circle out of a post it note, and put it into the card and brayered over the circle with grey ink and... Continue reading
