Hi Meg, Sometimes it doesn't work unless the email address in your Cozi account is the same as the email address on your Facebook account. Would you please try changing one of them so they match and see if that helps? Thanks! Carol at Cozi
Hi everyone, I will try to answer all your questions here. About Google calendar - there is a new video demo up showing how to use Cozi together with Google. You can find it here: http://blogs.cozi.com/coziblog/2011/08/how-to-use-cozi-with-google-calendar.html About search: I'm sorry but we do not have a search function in Cozi right now. It is a very popular request though, so it's definitely on our to do list. About duplicate holidays: I'm sorry but there is no easy way to delete duplicate holidays right now. I will be sure to share this comment with the product team so they will know it is an issue. L.S. Would you please try this: When you go into ical and bring up a calendar you want, there is a blue box that says Subscribe to this calendar. - Right click on it - Choose Copy link location - Paste that into Cozi. Please let me know if that works! ^Carol at Cozi
Hi Sarah, Thanks for asking. the answer is no. Since the imported calendar is read-only. It does not show up when you export a feed to another calendar. ^Carol at Cozi

Hi Mary Grace, To connect your Outlook with Cozi please use the detailed instructions on this Help page. www.cozi.com/help-cozi-to-outlook-sync.htm Hi Pat, When you are in offline mode, you should still be able to see your appointments that were cached before you left the service area. Are you getting a total blank? In that case, would you please make sure you have the latest update of the Cozi app and let me know if that fixes it? Thanks! ^carol
Hi Lori, To delete an internet calendar please go to: -Calendar -click Set up -Click Activity Scheduler/ Internet Calenders - Scroll down to find the calendar you want to delete - Click delete in blue to the right of the calendar Thanks! ^carol
Michael, It's possible that the school calendar you tried to load has not actually been updated with data by the school. Would you please tell me the school district so we can check? Thanks! ^carol
Hi everyone, I will try to answer several of the questions you asked below: WINDOWS 7 app: I am really sorry but we are not working on this right now. If you would like to see your Cozi calendar, we recommend using the mobile site at m.cozi.com. INTERNATIONAL apps: We ARE working on international apps right now, and hope to release them in a few months. In the meantime you can use m.cozi.com. As an example, one thing we need to fix before releasing is the conflict between the way we write dates in the USA (month/day/year) and the way they are written in other countries (day/month/year). It seems like a small thing, but MANY people would get their appointments wrong if we don;t address this. And that is just one example. NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS: Cozi is limited to 12 family members. it is not designed for use by large groups. BUT, you can create a schedule in google cal, and then everyone in the group can import that schedule into their own Cozi accounts. ERRORS: (Chasta) Would you please contact our support team at www.cozi.com/support so they can help you with this directly? Thanks everyone! ^carol TIME zone (Concetta) please make sure your time zone is set correctly in Cozi AND on your phone. If they do not match exactly, it will cause a conflict.
Hi everyone, I know quite a few people have asked about using Cozi with Google calendar. We are working on a separate video cast of how to do this and it should be posted by tomorrow. Thanks! ^carol
Hi Beth and Lisa, To add notes here's what I suggest: Create a daily appointment called Today's notes. Set it as an all day appointment (no time assigned). Then, open the appointment and add the notes for that day. If the notes are the same most of the time, you can set it up as a repeating appointment (every day, for example) so you don't have to retype them. Then, when something is different, you can open the notes on that day, change them and save it as "Save this day only". Would you please try that and let me know if it helps? Thanks! ^carol
Hi everyone, First, a huge thank you to Melissa for answering so many questions! I will try to answer everyone in follow up comments as well. ^carol from Cozi.
Hi Anna, Here is a link to the instructions for importing your Yahoo calendar to Cozi. http://www.cozi.com/help-connect-online-calendars.htm
Hi Beth, You can add notes to any individual appointment by clicking on the appointment and typing the notes in the bottom just as in this video. Does that help?^Carol
Hi Michelle, If the event or game occurs at the same time as the practice, Cozi will automatically create an exception and delete the overlapping practice. Please try it and tell us what you think! ^Carol @Cozi
Hi Nana, I'm sorry you had trouble! Please go into the schedule and look at the times and dates you have set. Sometimes, if you forget to set the times and dates, it can accidentally add things. If you are still stuck, please email our support team so they can look at your individual account and help you fix it. www.cozi.com/support. Hi Sheina, I imported that calendar with candlelighting and other times using Hebcal. Here is the link http://www.hebcal.com/ical/ Just do all the steps as if you were importing the calendar to outlook or ical, but then copy and paste the URL into Cozi in the spot where it says internet calendars. Maybe I'll do the next video blog about adding calendars! ^Carol @Cozi
Cindy, I don't have any suggestions for you , but you bring up an excellent point. I'm going to share this with the team and see if we can come up with a solution. Cara and Suz, Thanks for your suggestions; I'll be sure to pass them along! Carol at Cozi
