In reading this article, I caught my reflections wandering to the Emergency Department I work at. In particular I was considering our relationship with Emergency Medical Services and Extended Care Facilities. Many of our process improvements are approached from an "us versus them" mantality. This is a great perspective to attack old problems with from a new point of view. Thanks!
