That's what I thought at first too, certainly wouldn't have been the first... But this guy was legitimately confused. Trying to turn his attention to the menu board was a chore, since he didn't know what we were talking about.

I'm surprised they bend on the rules, he should have never been in that area. What a jerk, regardless. His idiocy cost him a client.

I hope, hope hope you reported that store too.

I don't need to beg you to take my money! I'm glad she had other options to utilize.

Thanks Lil_Tiger42, I was going to point out that there's some truth to that story, but you've filled in the details. Branding and marketing is the real reason for the name change.

I've had someone complain to me about a situation like this. Explaining it to them on how that was a ridiculous assumption took quite some time. And illustrations too.

LOLOLOL remember the idiots who thought this was real and there was such an outcry over this?

That's unbelievable!!! FFS! I agree with Google, social media and the news. Getting fired from it is a whole other ordeal...

I'm thoroughly impressed. I understand their frustration, but AT&T (finally) came through to fix their issue. Unfortunately, they had to go through the chain of command too many times and didn't seem like anything resolved until they contacted the media. Which is a shame that's what people have to do to get their issues resolved, when it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. If this was Comcast, I wouldn't have believed it.

I needed to take a break after reading about the kitties... Also, sounds like bed bugs too.

Sounds like a better solution is to resolve the manager position...

Depending on price, I'd probably buy that.

Lightning, it appears to be real, at least from my brief check on Facebook. There's two accounts, but also from what I've read, there's two locations. The one account is mean, nasty and incomprehensible. And then you have the idiots who support the restaurant for being insulting. (which would be different if that was the purpose of it, like a place in Chicago that purposely insults the guests.) I don't know the story, if there is one, that brought this on, but regardless, this is absolutely no way for a business to respond.

Perhaps reading the item's container would solve that problem, but customers would have to, you know, actually read.

I'm not big on revenge, I tend to let Karma take its course, but I would have to get back at that coworker... That's a serious safety and health hazard.

When I worked at a popular fast food joint where the patties are square because they never cut corners, a guy drove through the drive through to ask, "Uhhh... Do ya'll sell hamburgers?"

Yes! Anyone who works in the medical field is required to not only sign but strictly adhere to the HIPPA rules! You should be able to report the unsigned sheet, stating that they made you work with client files without signing one.

Reading this story made me sick to my stomach...

Ohhhh that's kinda neat actually! A little difficult to read it if you didn't know the word.

Yelling at your kid isn't the same thing as beating them within an inch of their life. Eugh.
