Hello, Timothy! I want to cite an adapted version of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale. From the information above, I understood that I should cite as authors the persons who adapted the test for my country. However, from a quick review of some citations of the WAIS-III versions across different countries, it seemed common to cite D. Wechsler as the author of the adapted versions. For some other tests, I noticed it is common to cite the new authors (that is, the authors of the adapted version), but I am wondering if the same goes for the Wechsler scales. What is the correct option, according to APA style? Thank you.
