I tried the exercise. Though I normally just try to write that anyways, I've found myself boxed in lately and unable to freely express myself. Today I just laid it out and wrote without really thinking. I was surprised by the the philosophical outcome that it produced. Something deep and heavy, but the truth rang out so loud. This deep thinking was set free, and allowed to express in a raw form that I normally tighten at the seams to hold back. But Little things like this help to find the key with me to open my little cage of protection, and spread my wings with a flourish. Thank you for your thoughts and openness, they are inspiring. Kate.
