I too absolutely love this seasoning especially on chicken. It was also surprisingly tasty when I sprinkled it on some fresh veggies and grilled them up with some boneless pork ribs, similarly seasoned. I love these on hindquarters. I always cut the skin loose, leaving it attached at the bottom, and sprinkle a decent amount of seasoning on each side of the meat and then fold the skin back on it and give it a lighter sprinkling. Baked for 40-45 minutes, depending on the size, at 375 and side with some mashed potatoes and a choice of other veg, delicious! The only thing I have found that I don't like it on is ground beef. New users may want to try to use it sparingly as it is kind of salty and has a bit of a nice spicy kick to it. I also recommend buying the smaller 8oz bottle and refilling it from the larger 35oz since it's easier to season smaller pieces of meat/veggies with unless you have giant hands.
