When I was younger, it was common to see Hocus Pocus during Halloween. It’s definitely a family friendly movie for Halloween. Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker work perfectly together as the witches of Salem. I saw it the other night with my kids since one of my DISH coworkers suggested watching it now that Halloween month has started. I have Blockbuster @Home, so while I’m out getting candy and costumes, it’s on its way to my house. I’m sure this Halloween is going to be great!
I’ve got mixed feelings about a sequel… Really it wouldn’t be as good without Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy; they did make the movie. I think a sequel could also be good. In the meantime, I’m going to just watch the movie I grew up with. One of my DISH coworkers suggested it would be a good way to start the Halloween month, so I added it to my Blockbuster @Home queue. While I’m out shopping for candy and my kids’ costumes, it will be waiting for me at home. Hopefully they put extra thought into whether they make it or not.
I was surprised when Joseph Gordon-Levitt started stripping with the guys! He did a good job of making sure it seemed like Channing Tatum. I wasn’t able to see the show live on TV, but it was nice watching it the next day. I set my Hopper to record the entire season of SNL to the two terabyte DVR since I work late at DISH and couldn’t see it live. I’m just glad that I don’t have to miss any of the shows. Supposedly Daniel Craig is hosting the next SNL! I hope he’s good!
Joseph Gordon-Levitt was great! His opening was great, but my favorites were the Hypnotist and the Undecided Voter. I wasn’t able to see the show live, but it was nice watching it yesterday morning. I set my Hopper to record the entire season of SNL to the two terabyte DVR since I work late at Dish and couldn’t see it live. I’m just glad that I don’t have to miss any of the shows. Supposedly Daniel Craig is hosting this weekend! I hope he’s good!
I would have to say my favorite skit was The Hypnotist. Though he wasn’t in many skits, Joseph Gordon-Levitt was great as host for the last SNL. Mumford & Sons was just as great! I set my Hopper a few weeks back to record the entire season to the two terabyte DVR automatically since I work late at Dish and can’t see them live. I’m just glad that I won’t have to miss my favorite show! Hopefully Daniel Craig is as good or better!
I wasn’t looking forward to seeing Joseph Gordon-Levitt, but in the end he was a great host on SNL. I think my favorite skit was The Finer Things. I wasn’t able to catch the show last night since I was working late at Dish. I set my Hopper a few weeks back to record the entire season to the two terabyte DVR automatically. I’m just glad that I won’t have to miss any of the shows! Hopefully Daniel Craig is good this weekend!
I’m sure that DirecTV customers with an iPhone are going to be happy with this update, especially those who ordered the new iPhone 5. When it comes to my streaming, I like to use the DISH Remote Access app. It lets me stream live and recorded shows to my phone using the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my Hopper at home. One of my DISH coworkers showed me how fast streaming is when using LTE, so I’m really excited to use my app once the iPhone 5 I ordered gets here!
I’m super excited about the new season of SNL. I’m really excited to see Seth MacFarlane host as well as see some new faces! I know they can’t replace the originals that have left, but they can always bring something new. I’ve already set up my Hopper to record the entire season to my two-terabyte hard drive since I work late at Dish and can’t catch them live. I am definitely looking forward to seeing them this weekend.
The Possession reminded me a lot of The Last Exorcism, which I watched on my Hopper a couple of weeks ago using Blockbuster @Home; there were times when my hair stood up on end because of the creepiness. I think the scariest part for me was seeing the way she acted when being possessed. I watched it with a few Dish coworkers and one of them said the creepiest part for her was how Emily looked while on the swing. I would like to see the movie again, but I’m more than okay with waiting for it to come out on DVD, which is why I’ve added it to my Blockbuster @Home queue. This movie definitely ruined yard sales for me.
I like Sony was able to fit so much technology into a slim TV like this. It’s a huge plus that it’s an internet connected TV. I trust Sony TVs since I’ve had one for many years. I have a Hopper from Dish, and I’ve been saving for a new HDTV that will make my HD PrimeTime Anytime recordings pop. One of my Dish coworkers likes Sony as well, so I think it’ll be great for me.
This TV looks amazing. The features that this TV comes with should make anything that I watch look brilliant. I recently got a Hopper from Dish, and now I’m looking for a TV that will show my PrimeTime Anytime recordings in full HD. I’ve asked many of my Dish coworkers which brands they’d recommend and Sony is a popular brand among them. I’ll definitely have to see this TV in person and make my decision then.
I can’t say I agree with the pricing, but it seemed smart of Samsung to label their newest tablet after the Note. A faster processor and a fancy pen don’t seem worth forking over more money. With an iPad, at least I’d get a better screen and have the option to get LTE. I’ve tried LTE on my Dish coworker’s iPad using the Dish Remote Access app, and streaming comes in smooth. I like watching live and recorded shows on my current iPad through the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my Hopper, and I would like to have the option to watch TV or open a document when and where I want. I’ll be sure to test the Note 10.1 out to see how it works compared to the iPad.
I would like a Note 10.1 when it is available, but I would like for it to work on LTE. I have the Note from AT&T, and it looks like it has a lot of the same features that the Note 10.1, including LTE. To have a tablet like this would be great. Many of my Dish coworkers have a Galaxy of some sort and love them as well. I really like streaming live and recorded TV to my phone through the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my Hopper at home, so being on the LTE network would make it even better. With the Dish Remote Access app on my Galaxy Tab and LTE network, streaming comes in clear and quick. I will look at both option and think about what to do. I’ve got some time anyways.

I must be a vampire, but one that doesn’t sparkle! I was close to getting the white phone, but decided against it since found out about the red version. A few of my Dish coworkers rushed to get the first ones that were available, and so far they love how the phone and LTE network performs. I like streaming live and recorded TV to my current phone using the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my Hopper at home, so I’m sure I will love this phone. I’ve used the Dish Remote Access app on my phone for a long time, and I’m looking forward to using it on my new SIII.
I must be a vampire because I like the red version a lot more since it’s my favorite color. I liked it so much that I ordered one a few days ago. A couple of my Dish coworkers have already received their Galaxy SIII’s, and from what I hear, they love them. I like streaming live and recorded TV to my phone using the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my Hopper and the Dish Remote Access app on my phone, and LTE should make it even better. It’s a very intuitive system that I’ve used for a long time, and one that I look forward to using on the new phone. It’ll be nice to catch up on the Olympics using the Galaxy SIII, in red of course!
Well it’s about time that the red Galaxy SIII became available. To me it looks better than the blue or white version. I would really like to use the new LTE network because many of my Dish co-workers have shown it to me. I like streaming my live and recorded TV to my current phone through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver at home. I love how convenient it is being able to watch live TV on my phone using the Dish Remote Access app. I can even watch the Olympics right now if I wanted! I’m really looking forward to getting the red one soon!
I guess I’m a vampire! I’ve already ordered my red Galaxy SIII so now I just wait! Many of my Dish coworkers already have their phones, and from what they tell me, the phone and LTE network are perfect for downloading and streaming. I like to stream live and recorded TV to my phone using the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my Hopper at home as well as the Dish Remote Access app that I have on my current phone. I feel it’s a very intuitive system that I’ve used for a long time and I think it will go perfectly with the Galaxy SIII. It will be cool to watch the Olympics on my phone once it gets here! It will be red of course!
I never really liked the brushed metal look of the Galaxy SIII, but the red look is starting to grow on me. I was thinking of ordering one, since I am due for an upgrade soon. If I was to indulge in this phone, I’d be most excited about using AT&T’s LTE network. Many of my Dish coworkers have shown me that there is no lag when it comes to downloading. I like streaming my live and recorded TV to my current phone through the Sling Adapter that I have connected to my receiver at home. I love the convenience of being able to watch live TV on my phone using the Dish Remote Access app. I’m sure it’ll be well worth the wait for the red GSIII!
Red is my favorite color so it fits me perfectly. I am definitely glad that I waited to get one. I’m just waiting for my preorder to get here. I’m excited about streaming AT&T LTE network since many of my Dish co-workers have shown me that there it is rare to see lag when they stream. I like streaming my live and recorded TV to my current phone through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver at home. It is all about convenience. I’m sure it’ll be well worth the wait for the red GSIII.
Very patriotic indeed! I almost jumped on the opportunity to get a white or blue Galaxy SIII, but decided to wait for the red version. I love the convenience of being able to watch live TV on my phone using the Dish Remote Access app. I’m sure it’ll be well worth the wait for the red GSIII! Soon I’ll be catching the Olympics on my phone as well!
I’ve got a Verizon Galaxy SIII, and when it comes to speed, no other phone seems to work as fast or as smooth. Many of my Dish coworkers said that an LTE phone is something I should try getting since they love the speed of the network. I like streaming my live and recorded TV to my phone through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver at home. I use the Dish Remote Access app a lot because I like the convenience of the app. I would say LTE has helped a lot with streaming! I would recommend this phone to anyone.
I’ve had the GSIII for a few days, and so far I love all the features of this phone, with LTE being the best to me. I really like streaming, so my Dish coworkers suggested that I look for a phone with LTE, and I bought the GSIII. After downloading the Dish Remote Access app on my phone, I was streaming live and recorded shows to my phone through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver at home in no time. If this is how good Samsung products are now, I can only imagine how good they’ll be in the future.
Great read! I have a Galaxy SIII from Verizon, and it is the best phone that I’ve had to date. I am always taken by how fast it is, whether it’s opening an app or downloading something. I really like streaming my live and recorded TV to my phone through the Sling Adapter I have connected to my receiver at home. The convenience of the Dish Remote Access app is why I use it all the time. I would say LTE has helped quite a lot with streaming! I would recommend this phone to everyone.
