that's a great commitment and it's good you set goals to reward ourself, I am here for support any help you ladies need feel free to ask, i have background in weight management industry and I know myself how it feels to go through that, I had two babies and with both gained 50lb, and lost it. it requires commitment and live for yourself and when ever you have a day when you feel like you want to fall of the chart remember your promises to yourself.

I'm on a mission to show my body love by losing...
I'm on a mission to show my body love by losing weight hopefully between 30 to 50 lbs. To do this, I set up rewards for myself. At the first 10lbs I get a new pair of gym sneakers...I am only 4lbs away!! Pray for me ya'll!!! Gyming it at 5:30AM EST tomorrow. Good night!

this is so true and beautifully put, I am a mom of two little girls and I understand as a parent that pain you feel inside when your baby gets hurt, but as a parent we have to guide them as well allow them to grow and develop in their own unique way.
