Great Read Paul - I have never made this a priority for our Company, my bad. Never a better time that the present to fix that though. Thanks for the thought provoking piece.

My god man, you are a deeply disturbed individual! You think that's how we would run HRville? I pretty much agree with you. Tim I love you humorous look and light-heart take on most of us uptight HR folks. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed your piece!

I think Curtis should be named coolest of all. He is doing great pioneering work with SHRM. He has to work within his organization to get things changed - not outside his organization. Curtis attend ILSHRM last year and really helped to "amp up" our event. (We hope he will be back in '11.) Curtis is availble to help his members and is out there I am guessing without a huge amount of guidance or input, so all of us who deem Curtiss' work to be important need to support him however and whenever we can. Great event at Leadership - Curtis, keep up the good work. Great Interview JWT!

Another great piece JWT. I have not met Chris IRL although we tweet back and forth. I particularly enjoyed Chris' look forward. Keep the gold coming JWT!

I did detect a slight smirk on the Admiral's face but he handled it well. While I think the Rep. Johnson's understanding of this is questionable he does deserve the respect he was given. Kris this is a skill that we all should make sure our children have, so I will be forwarding this link to my 23 year old sun who recently got his BS/ME; so he may add this ability to his inventory of skills.

Very interersting post Paul. I would like to hear a little more about the event this week, and how it compared and contrasted to HREvolution. In regards to your post I have always felt that when any of us is out there, on the edge, working outside of our comfort zone is where we do some of our best work. But there are also some huge failures now and then. Keep the good stuff coming, I will watch for updates this week!

Nice piece, and I had thought that John was just a wild and crazy guy (who wouldn't looking at your picture). John, you have some great insights into the HR business, but don't seem to take yourself all too seriously. Mr. Tincup, I look forward to meeting you IRL someday soon!

Interesting post Tim, somewhat scary but I fear dead on. And... you really like to hear yourself talk?
