We also posted a link in our web-comic Trulyepic.com this week for aid to Haiti. We linked the following website link to donate to: http://clintonbushhaitifund.org/ I was wondering if you might be interested in starting something new to generate funds/donations for Haiti Earthquake disaster relief... I know that you have your own Comic project underway... That being said, I think it would be a great idea if web-comics/comic artists /illustrators could put together a piece of art that could be auctioned off and the procedes could then be donated for medical supplies and food for Haiti earthquake victims. Each web-comic/comic artist/illustrator could submit a couple of their characters to be added to the artwork and the finished artwork could then be auctioned and the proceeds would then be placed in an Earthquake relief fund for Haiti or given directly to the Red Cross...Perhaps even a limited number of smaller prints of the artwork could be auctioned to the public as well. I think that you would be a wonderful ambassador for a project such as this because you are so well known and recognized Worldwide as being charitable and involved.
