Hitting the Reset Button Integrity ::: Acknowledging the truth of where I am today and really operating from my center...The emotional/spiritual salad today includes pride, disappointment, anxiety and overwhelm. What is going on? Since I wrote last I have completed my supervised hours and obtained my independent license as a professional counselor. I have worked at two professional jobs on a 3/4-2/3 time basis and have done a lot of good work, made good relationships, and become more skillful at my work. I have improved my ability to set and keep boundaries around work and some relationships. I have created... Continue reading

I have admired your market tote bags since I first saw them years ago and would love to have one in my possession! I am a "carry as many bags as I can at once" person myself. Thanks for offering your beautiful handwork!

It truly warmed my heart to hear this big news of yours. It is so rare and so right--this intergenerational living and loving and sharing. I am inspired as always by checking in with your brood!

So psyched! What a great offer...just what we need for our monthly multi-family game nights!!! The next one is happening March 2...hint, hint. Thanks for offering.
My six-and-a-half year old son's tastes change every time we cook together. We made a pressure cooker corn, potato and celery chowder the other day. He chopped the celery and discovered he loved the taste and texture of it and wants in all the time now. I sneak veggies in things now and then, cut up plates of healthy snacks and dips for snacks, "deconstruct" mixed dishes for him, and puree his soup/chowder while leaving ours chunky. We use a lot of different strategies, but more and more he is willing to eat versions of things we eat. I love these discussions and learn so much each time!
