Oh my gosh!! Our cups runneth over - so many blessings, so grateful for all the time you put into all you do to help us make memorable holidays and it just keeps getting BETTER and BETTER!! My inlaws now keep my gift tags and for me, it's the sweetest thing anyone has ever done. It brings out the little girl in me and my heart just gushes with so much love. And I have God to thank for bringing you into my life so that He can use what you've taught me and be a blessing to everyone. You are at the top of my 'distance hugs' list, girlie. Love ya! Tracey L. I'd love to sign up for this class, but when I click on the link, it takes me straight to PayPal sign-in. Is this the proper link? I am very wary of anything that redirects me to a payment window with nothing but the name of a product, which could be hijacked by anyone to trick me into signing in to my payment info without identifying the product with the website or requiring me to sign in to the product's website. Very scary!! I'd also like to pre-order a kit; from the comments, it looks like a potential problem. Kind of nervous about this course, but I definitely want to sign up as soon as possible. Love ya!! - Tracey
Christy, my friend, you are always so giving. I could say 'thank you' every day of my life and still not thank you enough for all the ways you've touched my life and the lives of so many who've come to know you and your work through what you've taught me and taught them. Just want you to know how much I appreciate all you do and that I hold you and your family up in prayer often. You are such a rare jewel of a human heart and God has blessed us all with what He has wrought in you. May He bless you in all you do. Love ya - big hugs! Tracey

Christy, just got my Artisan Avenue newsletter from Stampington & Co. and there was a big feature about your new workshop "The Art of Wild Abandonment"!! I had to scream out of excitement for you - I am so thrilled with all you've become over the years since ScarletLime got started and here you are, the 'IT' artist - just makes me wanna say "WOW!!". I am so excited for you!! Love ya!! : )

Christy, you know a bit about how much our backgrounds are alike. I'll have to wait to post on this so I can process it and write without sobbing and snotting all over my laptop (wouldn't want to muck up the works, would we?). I just wanted to let you know how much I love you and thank God for putting someone in my life as bold and beautiful as He's made you to be. Thanks so much for the post. You are such a blessing in so many lives. Big hugs, sweetie! : ) Tracey

Oops! Sorry for the extra post - couldn't figure out how to navigate (duh!) and now I can't remove the second post. My deepest apologies. But i guess a good point bears repeating! : ) Love ya!! Tracey
Oh, Christy, what an opportunity!!! I've been where you are with the bed rest and staring at the ceiling just crying because I felt so helpless. My heart aches for you; I'm a fibro, lupus, MS, degenerative joint/disc, narcolepsy patient which means I'm pretty much limited to the house since I'm not allowed to drive. But through you and taking your classes, I've found such joy that, together with the help of the Lord, I don't have those days much anymore! I would love the honor of winning a spot in this class; I get such joy out of being a blessing to others and what I've learned from you has made me soar beyond this body's limitations and brought smiles to others and for me, that's what life is all about. Thank you so much for schooling me in the tools that have brought such freedom of spirit and joy to myself and to others. I wish the best of luck to everyone who is wanting one of the three spots, and even if I'm not chosen to be among them, I rejoice for them and this wonderful opportunity. Thanks so much for everything, Christy, and always know that there are folks like me out here who know what you're going through; together we'll laugh through the dark valleys and leap on the mountaintops. Love ya!! Tracey Edwards
This is too weird! I just signed up for tatting classes and have been working with that old artform for the past few Saturdays - and now I read you've been playing with yarn too! How cool - I knew I was going to try and use some of my successful projects in mixed media and it was so super to see how you're working with it. FYI, tatting is sort of a cross between crochet and macrame that uses a shuttle or a needle - it's very old and can be extremely beautiful when using finer yarns (sizes 20, 30, etc.). I feel very fortunate we had a guy here locally where I live in the middle of nowhere who is teaching us for free, and he's certified and very patient and passionate about his craft. Now that I've seen your work, it's fired me up even more to try harder to get my work right and finish my homework assignments. : )

Can't wait to sign up for this!! WOW - thanks for making my day AGAIN!! How awesome - I've been playing around with some of the things I've learned from you and Somerset's projects and now we get to stretch even more - how exciting!!! Yipee! : ) Tracey Edwards
I wish I could give you a great big HUG!! You have no idea how proud I am of/for you, Christy. I just love Somerset Studio, Apprentice, Art Journaling, Artful Blogging, Gallery, Digital Studio, and Belle Armoire Jewelry - about all the Stampington & Co. publications and thought they were the perfect place to tell the world about you and what you do not just as an artist, but also as a teacher and motivator. I told you after I took the first SheArt class that my life was forever changed by what you taught us and it will always be because of the person you so patiently showed me inside myself that CAN make art and that girl is still very happily doing something she always wanted to do but never thought she could. You pushed the artist in me out of the nest and I'm soaring still!! Thank you, Christy. I'm so happy for you I can't stand it! Hugs! Love ya, gal!! : ) Tracey Edwards

I registered and paid for the first 3 Hearts class, bought art journals, supplies, everything...then I got sick and didn't have the opportunity to complete any of the work I'd so looked forward to. Now that I see the course being re-offered, I feel redeemed!! I was so sad I had missed the very art I needed to make me feel better, and all 3 of my hearts are soaring now at the news of the new class -- you can bet your boots I'll be signing up again. I wouldn't miss it! I'm a project lead for Whole Lotta Whimsy's Sunday Social Circle on Facebook and I'm always telling these artisans about Christy's workshops, her art, even her teaching methods because they could all learn from her. As long as she offers classes, I will always be participating in Christy's classes. I loved her SheArt class and can't wait to get started (again) on 3 Hearts and the Colors workshop. Thanks for all you do, Christy!! : )
