Dying/staining these silver tinsel pipe cleaners brings about a total transformation. They look amazingly Edwardian. You know those early 20th century postcards with the tarnished silver glass glitter?? That's what these pipe cleaners remind me of. Some years ago I... Continue reading

Oh good! Im excited; I think it will be a fun class:)
I have two Christmas classes scheduled at Paper Crown this year. First is the Bingo Card inspired Advent Calendar. It's about 9"x13"ish and made to look like a vintage bingo card. I wanted to come up with a way to... Continue reading

I got a hankering to make one of those SPOOKY signs I made a few years ago. It was fun to glitter the letters. I like it because it's easy and methodical. Kind of soothing. Anyway, it's available in my... Continue reading

Hi Barbara....these photos with the iphone app are really cool. I have a ferris wheel photo I want to paint but I want to paint it loose and kind of abstract so I wait til I feel capable. I wanted you to know that I have a few pics of Beula on my hard drive waiting for when I feel brave enough to try painting a dog.
