Lately there seems to be a lot of talk about whether or not its possible to spot reduce body fat. Spot reduction would be like doing crunches in an effort to lose your gut. For most of us, we have a real love/hate relationship with working out. Many of us love the feeling we get during and after a great workout. When everything is firing on all cylinders, you feel stronger than usual, your endurance is through the roof, and you could open bottle on your arm veins. Hello Lads and Ladies, Today I wanted to address the idea that if you lift weights you will become bulky and muscular because I personally think that its one of the biggest misconceptions out there and it is one that seems to stifle the progress of far too many people.
