It has been 2 weeks since I've been in, eek! I came down with a respiratory infection. Not at 100% but damn well close enough. Can't make it tonight so I'm going to push my ride home and adapt the 25% Murph David lists above for home/me... Probably 400m Run 50 Push ups (modified) 75 sit-ups 100 Squats 400m Run and try to make it in post-work tomorrow (I wish there was a wed morning class!). Need to get going again.

Ack... I totally got my ass out of bed (where it really wanted to be), biked over to CFSKB in time for the 7am class that doesn't exist on Wednesdays. Oops. Turns out I can look like a fool on Degraw even without wall balls and runs. I haven't learned DB power snatches yet and watching youtube it looks like I probably should learn before I try it at home, so after free yoga at work I'll just hit the squats and maybe practice double-unders (sorry downstairs neighbor!)

Used the same weight on the cleans as last week (a lowly 52#), am still really working on form, first time starting from ground instead of mid-hang as well. The weight felt better than it did last week, my form felt worse. 4:50 for the 1000m row Yesterday I didn't make it in but I did do a ridiculously modified fran at home (dumbell thrusters and upright rows using stretchy band thingies in my door.. Closest I could find to ring rows since I don't have a pull up yet), the dumbells were too light though, I shoulda stepped it up ::shrug:: I'm going to count it as a win for working on forming habit of crossfit rather than an actual workout.

Want to get in the habit of this posting thing. Foundations WOD: kettlebell swings/burpees/situps 21-15-9 7:34 or a little before. I sat for a while before being reminded about the clock at which point it was 7:37. My burpees suck, I need to work on pushups a lot more.
