Dody - you are regaining who YOU are! Sometimes those awkward attributes are a reaction to our experiences and not a portrayal of our genuine selves. Maybe a writing workshop should be included into our group healing curriculum. I find that this is a common thread among many survivors, along with arts and music. Music is my most powerful tool for healing. Thanks so much for all of your work with Papillon Libre and the support you have given me through its development.
