To answer your question: No they are not military forces DUMBASS, they are police officers in riot gear who have guns, they get a paycheck from a city or county they work for. They are civilian workers who have no authority over the Military rule or any authority outside of thier jusidiction Now the MILITARY is a part of our national government who we as country authorize to use lethal force against any threat. So NO they are not The Tampa police can roll out as many tanks as they want, they can not go into Miami with those tanks can they? If the military wanted to they could as you stated there is a bill which would ALLOW them to. So how can the police do that if they are not ALLOWED to?
