I had a really hard time finding anything...photo album was hidden away someplace non-intuitive. Couldn't find the control panel at all, and the "help" page was useless because it has not been re-written to work with the new design. Also, the "dashboard" is MAJOR wasted space...under "people you should know" I had half a screen of white page. I've been here since the beginning, and am not convinced a re-design was needed.
