hi Debbie, I love your photos at The Loft. just to let you know that the dish you label as 'savoury tapioca dish with poached quails egg' is in fact Nuno's take on French onion soup, what looks like a poached egg is a 'ball' of onion puree! Like caviar, it bursts on your tongue!
