oy....OY! i've got this struggle as well & i needed to read this today. & that 1 person just drives me nuts, i try to love/tolerate/play nice but then they do something to completely flip me out again. & honestly, i think a lot of it is a reflection of my own insecurities & i'd prefer to blame the bad guy rather than reflect on my own issues. yes, that person has got some whacked out ideas, selfish, etc etc...but i should still have my heart set on doing what is right & doing it with love (which, interestingly enough, means there shouldn't be any "na na na na i'm better than you" attached to it...which is a little pitfall that trips me up from time to time) after a recent blow up, i vowed to pray every day for this pain in my tush. hoping that just the act of praying FOR him would help him & as a by-product, help me (selfish, i know). i'm just at a loss & feel strongly that when my back gets up against that wall, my only recourse is Faith & prayer. so pray I will...hope you are already well on your road to a happy heart :) cheers to filling darkness with light :) gigi

i started the C25K back in march & completed my first 5k at the end of April. been running ever since, even moved on to the bridge to 10K program & completed my first 10K on june 12th! LOVE.IT! i never really considered myself a runner before, but i've got to say...these training programs help me so much! i have them as apps on my phone, so that little voice in my ear telling me to run/walk & how much further i've got to go helps immensely. congrats on your new adventure!!! happy trails :) gigi www.gigikennedy.typepad.com

definitely try pinterest dani! i've found SO many great recipes from there lately. definitely feel free to scour my recipe pin board anytime, i pin new recipes i find there all the time & lots of them are "family friendly" :) & as for this one, me & my husband definitely devoured it. to be honest i didn't serve to the kids actually, that night they had something else going on. but i definitely think if your kids are salsa or lasagna lovers, it'd be a hit. maybe just omit the fresh cilantro. i think it would be great w/ some added leftover roasted chicken layered in too. tell me how it works out! gigi
