Ooh,to go to a Lidia's would be heavenly!! What a nice way to be spoiled from your hubby.
I have made spaghetti squash several times, and you can steam it. You cut the yellow squash in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, the pierce the skin in several places, place it in a shallow dish with water in it, and you can cook it in the microwave. I have also heard of roasting it, but I have never tried it. I love it with a marinara sauce on it.... veggie goodness :D

I am grateful for the Internet. It allows me to easily communicate with my kids, both who live away from us. It's much easier to not have separation anxiety when you can chat online with your kids almost every day :)
And enjoy your time with the young ones!!! 1 and 2 are such fun ages to be with.. curious about everything :D

Well, being that I'm on disability and can't work, it's like being retired already....LOL...If I had some money, and was retired, I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to move to Newfoundland Canada. I love the scenery there, and I think the nature there could inspire me a lot. The other thing I'd like to do is travel to Europe and Australia, for Christian music and unique stamp stuff!!
