I really like this idea (especially the shutting the Internet off part!). My company is primarily contractors, so we do something similar to where they can't get paid until they've given us feedback on how their last 2 weeks went (with specific questions posed to them as their reporting their hours in an app we built), and our team managers can't login to their accounts until the feedback is provided. Works well!
