I scaled the weight to 40 kg and didn't do chest-to-bar, but I was well pleased with myself to do normal kipping pull-ups for the first time in a WOD in almost 2 years. No bands for me!

Well done to Mon this morning. She toughed it out until the cut-off. I only caught her last few rounds but every burpee and KTE I saw were quality movements. Virtuosity!!

Thanks Steve for keeping me company in the lunge and back extension suffer-fest! 150 lunges with 12 kg kettle bell and 150 back extensions broken up into sets of 50,35,30,25,10.
