Travelled across Georgia(Europe) earlier this year as a result of reading Tony Anderson's: Bread and Ashes.I did take a softer route than he recommends and if anyone is bitten by the same bug I'd recommend The Cultural Experience as the driving is very scary. Tony walks it, with the odd bus or taxi. There was a second hand clothes shop @ the end of the Fulham Road owned by Gabrielle Crawford (exspouse of Michael).Opened 1970 and stocked with SOME very interesting fashions of the time ( and previous decades).A great place to be a Saturday Girl and an intensive education in design , textiles... and money.
