I love warm potato chips! Down in Mexico many street vendors have fresh, hot chips. They serve them in a paper bag drizzled with Valentina (similar to Frank's Red Hot sauce) and lime juice. I've often wondered if there would be a way to make something similar without going to the trouble of making my own chips. Thanks for the recipe!
