Greg Eans is an award-winning photographer whose photographs have appeared in many publications across the globe. In his twenty years of experience as a photojournalist and photo editor in the United States he has produced work for and has been published in magazines and newspapers such as Time, People and USA Today and has been featured several times in MSNBC's Photos of the Week. He has also been a lecturer for the Southern Short Course in News Photography. He has won awards for his work photographing the flooding and devastation from Hurricane Floyd in Eastern North Carolina and the efforts to save animals in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Thanks Susan! I am glad you found this. It was a pleasure getting out there on your farm to shoot some pics. I had a great time and this was a story that I was really interested in. I hope the crop turns out great this year!
