That was fun...I don't care who you are!!!! About 6 minutes in....I knew this would be a long workout...everyone worked hard...of course Ben beat everyone....14 and some change RX ....Tom...great job on the burpees...of course Pebbles did great as well as Nicole....Me and Q kind of kept a good pace...Jacklyn...I was smiling on the inside...know u were too...Spider did good and thanks for yelling at me!!! Little Ryan ...my favorite client today....:) he worked so hard...I love him and his new shoes...CUTIE PIE....Ed...Capt crunch...good work!! New guy behind me...nice job..that was tough.. okay...three down....two left..see the lunch crew tomorrow.....WOD today for me 31:54 rx....(goal was 30 minutes).

***at lunch.....Jacklyn...u will bust this one out...RX style...also...I can make friday lunch....so we can do "our" thing...only a few more weeks....:) I liked the running and squats ...not a good runner but the Ipod really helped....really looking forward to this WOD ...burpees too....Almost as much as deadlifts....Glad to see Ben back at it....amd always a pleasure to see Boston and X-tine in between classes...and Baxter stopped by too!!!

That's a great pic of Britt....What a beast she has become...:) Just wanted to ask what is the deal with all the darn %^*&*@!! handstand push-ups.???!!!..going to try and attempt this WOD tomorrow...might have to get there early as it might take me a while....see everyone in the morning...and Yes jacklyn, I might get one more WOD in for the week....:)

Fun lunch crew...jacklyn...making great progress...did rx weight on jerks...and red box burpees/jumps....and moved to the band for pull-ups...and learned the kipping motion...very proud..:) The boys worked hard today...spider and ed...great job!!! After class...Ben, Stringer, and Breeze worked really hard especially with Jacklyn and I screaming at them the whole time....Ben did kill it...was happy for rx today for myself...29 and some change rx....back is a little sore from God knows WHAT day but felt better after working out...day two done...on to wednesday....see the usual suspects at lunch...thanks jacklyn for keeping me in check...and Pistol....the warmup was awesome today!!

Jacklyn....u worked hard too...was a hard workout for a monday...still hurting....Thanks for the sweet words....Breeze said to me after I got done with that workout..."That took you forever..." NO SHIT....haha Anyway...after running next to Gdog last week and yesterday's WOD...going to be a long week....headed to gym now...:)

Happy bday G dog...:) FUN FUN FUN...loved this WOD...almost got to 9 but only got 8/16rx....ended up on 4/8....at first I was like NO PROBLEM.....THEN....the recovery time got shorter and shorter.....still loved the workout..my favorite WOD this month!!! Jacklyn finally broke OUT of her comfort zone...the corner...and was right in the MIDDLE of the group....5/10rx for her...great job jacklyn....don't forget ...8:30 am tomorrow.....hope the 8:30 crew doesn't mind...Jacklyn and I are crashing that party tomorrow...hope WE can keep up...!!! Good crowd at gym all morning.....GREAT SWEAT....sorry to miss the lunch crowd tomorrow...have to work double at restaurant...looking forward to 8;30 am tomorrow....great work today everyone...!!! Also...Britt...130 doubleunders....she's the newest BADUMF!!!!!

Great pic of Alice...I remember when she could only lift the ladies bar....great progress...it SHOWS!!! I am back from Jazzfest...after great music, food,and drinks...surprised to say, down 3.5 pounds...lots of walking...:) Bon Jovi was amazing...and I am not embarassed to say it.!!! and he is still smoking HOT...anyway...when I stopped by gym to weigh myself..and seeing all the times for "JACKIE"...had to do it....of course, my goal was to beat GND at 10:45rx...but I got 11:43RX. Did get my four in for the week so I am happy and looking forward to seeing jacklyn and the usual suspects at lunch tomorrow....glad everyone was safe in the storms and looking forward to seeing papa shubert and his battle scars...:)

Helton was BRUTAL!!! thanks Scruff and Meatball for pushing me to finish....was really determined to RX this one...took me an hour and 14 min and 39 seconds.....it sucked but glad to finish the week out with a HARD WOD.....out of town sunday to go watch some JETS football.....can't wait...:) see everyone in a week...
