A Magical Cruise to the Greek Isles of the Dodecanese
Our four-day cruise to some of the most beautiful islands of the Dodecanese, Greece was a memorable one and, probably, one of the best summer holidays we''ve ever had so far. For me, it marked the end of my summer break as I'm going back to work on Monday to start preparing the new school year w...

This dish looks great. In Japan, however, we cook pork differently. Breaded Pork in Miso sauce is my favorite. Here's the recipe.

Monday's Greek Recipe - Psaronefri Kokkinisto - Pork Fillet in Tomato Sauce and Cyprus Village Salad
Cooking is like blogging. Sometimes you are short of ideas or short of time or reluctant to put something on the grill for yet another day, or simply too lazy to try a complex recipe. There are days when you haven't planned your menu, take-away or delivery is not an option, yet you would like to...
Beautiful post and great photos. Take advantage of your summer break and get a good rest. On my days off work, I just laze around my apartment in pyjamas I watch TV and eat junk food or sushi. I find it very relaxing.
July's Sweet Indolence
Have you ever felt the infinite pleasure of doing nothing but laze around or lie on the beach all day? Although I am, generally, a very active person, in July I recharge my batteries by indulging in indolence. I enjoy sleeping but I almost invariably get up at 7:00 am. I love having a siesta f...

I can't have enough listening to Rachmaninoff as he happens to be my favourite composer. Thank you so much for sharing this video. Since I went back to work, my working week finishes at 5:30 pm on Friday which is the day I look forward to. I usually hang out with my new colleagues who are really cool for a drink after work but I like to spend the night at home watching dvds or surfing on the Internet.
Fridays in June
I usually start classes early in the morning on Saturdays, so Fridays are almost like any other weekday. From September to May, they certainly don't herald the weekend as a time to relax or spend a wild night out, but, on the contrary, they invite me to go to bed quite early as I have to get up ...

I am the romantic type so I really enjoy a glorious sunset. I like watching the way so many shades of pink and orange as the sun slowly disappears. There is so much magic in Nature.
Sunsets
Today marks the end of classes for the school year 2012-2013 but the school year hasn't come to an end yet. Next week, all classes will have to take final exams which are compulsory and free of charge. So, as you may realise, it's been a hectic week at work. I had to prepare the final exam paper...
