I think strong but curvy is the absolute ideal. You know- when you can tell that a woman's body is strong underneath, but there's still enough plumpness to soften the edges and fold nicely. That's what I want to look like, not a walking anatomical lesson like Madonna. That's why I love bellydancing- strong muscles, lots of jiggle.

Awww... The Thoroughbred of Sin needs tenderness and nose-scritchings, too!

Ummm... I guess I'm the only one who was in love with Skeletor from He-Man. I hadn't even seen the show. I fell in love with a puffy sticker I got at the doctor's office. Sick. Also loved David Bowie in Labyrinth. Yummy.

Not allowing children to a wedding is one of the DUMBEST things I have EVER heard of. I've never been to a wedding without children and they were all, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, totally delightful additions to the celebration. Not to mention that a newborn is practically invisible if the mother is attentive. When my son was tiny, I took him plenty of places and had people comment that they never even knew that there was a baby there (nice restaurants and airplanes, for example). To exclude my newborn would be to effectively exclude me. And what kind of "friend" would ask that? Fuck "bridezillas." It's ONE day, and hopefully not the best day of your life (I know the day my son was born was better than my wedding day). You are NOT a princess and your feelings and "vision" for your wedding are NOT more important than your guests. Now I'm all riled up. (Breathe, Dani, breathe...)

Is it just me, or does the phrase "liquid spinach" immediately give anyone else a sloshy stomach?
