CORPORATE MISSION Hi-Craft Engineering is committed to molding strong, long-lasting partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and employees. When our partners succeed, we succeed. Molding partnerships – One Part at a Time Hi-Craft Engineering has 38 injection and shuttle molding machines to meet your program’s needs. We have the capabilities, capacity, and experience to manage and perfect your molding program. Hi-Craft Engineering is a proud TS-16949 certified company, and is dedicated to constant improvement and the highest quality production. Past and current programs include: low water volume pressure asststed flush tanks & valves, steering column switches, door handle pivot assemblies, tilt/adjust levers, oil fill tubes, fuel system components, door latch systems, grab assist handles, seat system components, and power window switch components, just to name a few. Hi-Craft Engineering specializes in glass-filled nylon, among other quality resins. To ensure the quality of our raw material, we use a central Motan loading system – drying and delivery the material to our machines in a closed-loop system. This allows for complete monitoring of drying levels and low risk of contamination to your process. Hi-Craft Engineering also proudly uses machine/robotic automation, to complement our systems and provide even higher accuracy and productivity. We invite you to see these on our floor in action, and envision how this technology will support and maintain your product’s high standards. Our expansive manufacturing facilities contain superior assembly and testing rooms – separate from the manufacturing activity and custom developed for particular program needs. All products are certified prior to leaving the assembly rooms, in order to achieve our required 0% defect standard. Additionally, Hi-Craft Engineering offers hot & pad printing, sonic welding, in-house design, and advanced testing/statistical capabilities. Also, we feature our own in-house mold making facility, H&C Tool. These attributes help give us a competitative advantage by ensuring flexability and efficency throughout the whole production process. Hi-Craft Engineering Inc. Policy of Global Working Conditions Recognizing that our supply chain spans many different regions around the globe, Hi-Craft Engineering is committed to supporting global working conditions and standards that result in dignified and respectful treatment of all employees within our own manufacturing plant, as well as those of our global supply chain. It is therefore Hi-Craft’s expectation that our suppliers will have appropriate policies, procedures and systems in place, to support the following standards: Child labor shall not be utilized. Underage labor, as defined by local labor law, will not be utilized unless it is part of a government approved training or apprenticeship program that clearly benefits the participants. Any form of forced or compulsory labor is prohibited. Workers, without fear of reprisal, intimidation or harassment should be able to communicate openly with management regarding working conditions. They shall also have the right to associate freely and join labor unions and workers’ councils in accordance with local laws. Workers shall be protected against any form of harassment and discrimination in any form, including but not limited to gender, sex, age, religion, disability and political beliefs. Workers shall have a safe and healthy workplace that meets or exceeds all applicable standards for occupational health and safety. Workers shall be compensated with wages and benefits that are competitive and comply with local law, including minimum wages, overtime hours and legally mandated benefits. Working hours shall comply with all applicable local laws regulating hours of work. It is our expectation that all our suppliers will maintain these global working conditions in all their operations, while also promoting adoption of these principles with their own suppliers. This statement is consistent with the AIAG commitment to ensure that the individuals making vehicles, components, and providing services, are afforded responsible working conditions and are treated with dignity and respect.
