Just when you thought you'd answered your last comment in this thread!
I have a quick question adding commas to a publisher's name (or, for that matter, to any proper noun lacking proper punctuation).
I'm editing a reference to a book published by "Wolters Kluwer/Lippincott Williams & Wilkins" -- styled that way, with no commas -- but of course this doesn't conform to APA comma guidance section 4.03).
Would you insert commas after "Lippincott" and "Williams"?
