When Jake's avatar and Neytiri have sex, you see only a small amount of alien petting. After all, it's a movie about blue creatures, not a blue movie. But there was a larger sex scene that was filmed but then cut, and Zoe Saldana hints that it had something to do with syncing the two participa...
At least you get to see Avatar in an IMAX theater.... they don't have it here in Singapore... =(

Im going too see this for a 3th time in an IMAX theater, wich is 150 miles away. That says something how bad I want to go back to Pandora.
number 1..... but if we really do find a planet like that and leave everything behind and go to a place like pandora to live with the navi, we must accept the way they live and fit into their way of life like what jake did and not the other way around. If not we will just mess up their world as well....

I love every scene there is in this film... but the best for me would be the first flight he has with his ikran and when he was going through training with neytiri. Felt really angry and sad at the same time when the home tree was shot down though.......

What are they watching ???? "Avatar" apparently is not good enough for the American Film Institute's list of the top 10 movies of 2009, announced earlier this month
why care about the critics...... it's not theirs but the viewers opinion that counts. =D Besides this movie is by far the best movie to me. The technologies they used to create such life like characters, the emotions and facial expression is just amazing. The best thing about this show is the unconditional love between the 2 main characters and the message put across to the viewers through this beautiful film.
Definitely a life changing experience =D

A question, you know the part where Jake arrives on the Taruk Maktowas for the first time; and just before he does the Na'vi are singing (The song's called Jake's First Flight on the movie soundtrack, 1 minute 30 secs from the end of the song). It does a close up on Neytiri where you can hear her...
yeah exactly... i came out of the theater and there was this group of teenage boys around the age of 15 who said the show was boring and they wasted 2 hours of their time.... felt kinda pissed cause this is easily the best show I've seen so far. In fact to me it is better than star wars cause of the emotional connection i get from watching this film. Guess they are too young to understand and appreciate the film.

To me Avatar is definitely better than star wars....
To me Avatar is definitely better than star wars. I see the navi not as another species but a purer version of humans, they value their environment so much and that is definitely what we need to learn from them.... Continue reading
