Hi all! I always try to read anything my students recommend (especially if they are serious enough about it to actually bring in a copy). Last night, I finished reading the enthusiastically acclaimed Y.A. novel, SPEAK. Many students have talked about it with passion and sincerity and I finally had a chance to see for myself what all the buzz was about.
