Sorry for posting again 02, but thought that since you're updating the blog post you could add that I recieved compensation for this and you could tell everyone else about how they can go about getting their compensation. :]

I've just spoken to somebody on the chat option at 02.co.uk and was given £10 off my next phone bill as 'compensation' of some sorts. So thanks for that guys, I think this should have been handled a lot better though. A lot of people found out about this through mainstream news sites, where was the email from 02 or a text just saying you were investigating a problem? You guys should try and keep in touch with your customers more. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the £10 I was promised off my next bill so as long as I don't get any dodgy insurance scam texts over the next few weeks I'll let you guys off. Thanks again!
