Do not microwave socks
... it does not end well. I tried to dry my rain-soaked socks, discreetly, in the Six Apart office microwave. Now my socks are burnt, everyone is talking about the smell, and I'm kind of obligated to blog about it.

I think marvel are also taking this route, from what I hear, the new Spider-Man animated series will be a 13 ep straight to dvd affair.
It makes me wonder though, if a production company will try running the first arc of a series on tv then move exclusively to dvd by design.
