I am a post menopause woman (nealy 59) who reversed hair loss on lowfat vegan diet. I attribute this to attending to my omega 3:6 ratio. In addition to consuming chia seeds and homemade flax milk in my daily oatmeal, I take a high potency plant-base source of omega 3s. I also consider the omega 6 level of my food choices, but do not "avoid" them. Additionally, the flax milk might be boosting estrogenization (re: Gael) due to their lignan content. I am looking forward to your discussion on calcium!
