Good article, nice use of rollup fields!
However I also don't see the way how to compare more rollup fields in a calculated field. So please Joel, share your way of doing that with us.
Sam, if your purpose is to have for example a list of Accounts with no Activity in last let's say 2 months, maybe there is a way: using filter on a view with OR type and "older then X months" operator on all of the rollup fields. That wouldn't show the actual Last Activity Date though and it's just an idea, I haven't tested it.
