I come from a devout Roman Catholic family called the Corning family. Unlike many of the families of today, both of my parents were virgins until marriage. Those who deny the existence of evil are, in reality, attempting to deny the existence of Hell and the Devil. For if there were no such thing as evil, then there’d be no such thing as Satan and eternal damnation. This understanding is where the denial is actually coming from, because if Satan and Hell truly existed then that would mean God and Heaven existed as well. For whatever reason, critics vehemently oppose this reality. Their logic is that if evil exists, then the Devil must exist, which means that God must exist as well. It is why they continue to deny the existence of evil at all costs. Their entire belief system, their world-view, is founded on the premise that there is no God.
