Hello Mike, Sorry to hear about your troubles. Have you tried contacting Adobe support? I had the same problem previously, but I contacted Adobe and they were able to deactivate the license associated with my previous installation. You'll need to have your serial number or Adobe ID handy, but that should get your problem resolved. Good luck!
