well guys this is one of those things that is trial and error...Hailey is 3 1/2 and she goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:00 durring the week and gets up at 6:00. I think nap time at school is 2 to 2 1/2 hours as well. they don't have to sleep but they must lay down on cots for that time. I can always tell when she didn't nap b/c she is whiney, so those are the early nights. They say kids that don't get enough sleep or no nap get more hyper the more tired they get. (Dr. Oz) Good Luck

Well guys I am by no means a great disiplinarian either but I can tell you that when you put him in time out...no loves, save that for after time out. They have to know that you mean business going in. can't give him multiple chances if you say "stop or time out" then you have to stick to it. You both have to be on the same page or he will learn who is softer, trust me my daughter knows its daddy! I have read somewhere that if you send him to time out you should also take a time out to allow your frustration level to come back down before you go back to him. Also as he may not understand totally now but will start to, I always explain why they got put into time out why it is wrong and whats expected and then ask for an appology (when hes old enough to say sorry) and then the hugs and kisses commence. Good luck, dicipline is a long hard road to hoe!

Hey guys, love all the pics. they do make a formula that is for toddlers but i never used it, that may be what he is on. I had my daughter weened off formula and the bottle and the binky all at age 1. (daycare pushes for that) the bottle was about the easiest thing to lose, there are sippy cups out there (check walmart) that have just a silicone top to it (they leak a little after a while) but they are a great transition to the sippy. As for the nap beware the power naps in the car! don't let him fall asleep on a short drive, he will never go down for the full nap at home...as for at home I usually try to make my daughter stay in bed for at least 1hr because even if she's not sleeping she's still resting. good luck!
